Why I Love Boxing:
Boxing is a very enticing and exhilarating sport to watch. Growing up I would watch the “Rocky” movies with my dad and tell him I was going to become a fighter one day. When I took my first boxing class, I could feel the blood rushing through my body. The thrill of hitting something as hard as I possibly could made me feel empowered! Boxing has become an outlet for me. It is a place where I can find peace by letting everything out on the bag! I feel like a total BOSS; full of energy and power. What more could you ask for in a workout, right?

My Class:
I want you to become the best possible version of yourself. I will push you past your limits. You will be challenged both intellectually and physically. You will discover new abilities about yourself and most of all you will grow as a person. I am regularly striving to raise the bar for myself by learning new techniques and skills. I want to transmit everything that I learn to every single client in order to give them the best opportunity to be successful. It’s not about perfection but progression!

Why I Love Boxing:
I love boxing because it changed and saved my life. As a child, I spent a lot of summers in a rough neighborhood in southside Atlanta. I was picked on a lot due to my weight and kindness. I had to learn to defend myself. I also realized as a kid that I don’t like seeing others getting picked on either, so I learned how to defend them. Within a year from 220 to 130 pounds, I got in great shape, gained confidence, discipline, and I had fun doing it. I’ve competed in silver gloves twice and I’ve had over 20 fights.

My Class:
My classes are the product of my passion for boxing. It’s not just another cardiovascular class for me, I put my heart in every person and exercise. In my class, I take the time to really break down the craft as much as I can. I will show you the ins and outs and give one hell of a workout. I’ve learned a lot of cool boxing tricks over the years to make you stand out from the crowd.

Why I Love Boxing:
There this zone…this center…this fire I feel myself stepping into when my hands go up and I get into that “BOUNCE”. Boxing enabled me to find the power to freely release another side of myself and to feel absolutely shameless and unapologetic about doing it. I constantly give myself permission to progress and improve, always in all ways. Boxing has helped me grow as a person and I couldn’t be happier.

Perfection is boring. Soooo boring. I ask that you allow yourself to come in and play, and to explore all the opportunities to make progress and grow! I am your Coach, but you and I are a team. I make it my mission for us to work together and tap into your capabilities, get comfortable with the uncomfortable, and walk out stronger, more powerful, and confident in yourself. Whether you are new and it’s your day 1, or it has been your 5th class or your 5th year in boxing – I want clients to continue to learn and challenge themselves. Boxing isn’t just an incredible workout, it’s one of the hardest sports in the world. The mental and physical demands of fighting are most appealing to me. Training gives me a renewed sense of vigor that is second to none.

My class is one of the toughest classes you’ll take at Pepper, but I promise it will also be one of the most rewarding. I focus on hard work and the “why” behind every punch, step, and movement. I want you to learn the sport of boxing while you’re getting a bad@$$ workout.

Why I Love Boxing:
Boxing is my “ground”. I am a person of energy. Life can affect that energy. Pepper is where I can redirect and “ground” my energy. I have learned that “it” doesn’t get easier, I just get better. No matter what happens, I always feel great. Power of positivity goes a long way.

My Class – “Pepper’oni’s” (Children’s Class) :
I teach “Pepper’oni’s” at Pepper Boxing. I love this class because I get to “pay it forward”. I am able to pass along the lessons I’ve learned from boxing to the next generation. I teach the basics and fundamentals while keeping it fun. Technique, speed, agility, and hand-eye coordination are always my priority.

I love boxing because it’s a mental game. The sport isn’t always about throwing the perfect punch or muscling it in. Boxing is a thinker’s game. Outwitting your opponent is just as important as outperforming them.

My Class:
I  like to think of my classes as a big party. When the clock starts, be prepared to shake, move and drop! From beginner to expert, youʼll always learn something new. My biggest goal is to make sure everyone gets the same level of attention and care, I just ask for that in return. My high energy & motivation will leave you wanting to come back for more!
